HSMAI holds Global Forum
The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI), members of the HSMAI Dubai Organizing Committee and other invited guests will convene in Dubai on May 22 for an educational session on “HSMAI in 3D: Demystifying Distribution in Dubai” at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
The half-day forum will provide an overview of global visitor, occupancy, rate, supply and demand trends in Dubai and address the ten issues impacting sales and marketing professionals in Dubai. The agenda will also feature a snapshot of the online travel market landscape in the Middle East region and panel discussions with Dubai sales, marketing, & distribution executives.
“Dubai is an emerging market for the hospitality industry so it only makes sense that we take this opportunity to develop a chapter in this region,” said Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, president and CEO of HSMAI Global. “As we look toward establishing a new chapter in Dubai, we want to offer our members the latest research and insights into this growing market.”
Members of the HSMAI Dubai Organizing Committee will gather for a post-event meeting to discuss next steps towards organizing a new chapter in Dubai. The committee includes:
