Acacia Hotel to be All Seasons Perth
Accor will add its sixth hotel in Perth following the completion of the sale of the Acacia Hotel in Northbridge to GPR Hotels Pty Ltd.The sale will be completed in June with Accor taking over the hotel and re-branding it to All Seasons Perth by the end of the month.It is the first All seasons hotel in Perth and joins a network of nine All Seasons hotels in Western Australia and 20 in Australia.Accor is the largest hotel operator in Western Australia with 16 Hotels, part of an Australia-wide network of 115 hotels.It will be Accor’s sixth hotel in the Perth area, joining Novotel Langley, Mecure Perth, Ibis Perth, Formule 1 Perth Airport, and Novotel Vines Resort in the Swan Valley.
The All Seasons Perth is located in bustling Northbridge, considered Perth’s premier restaurant and entertainment precinct.The hotel boasts 94, 4 star rated rooms, a gymnasium, licensed restaurant and under ground parking.The Hotel is well-established as a conference and function hotel with facilities to cater for up to 300 delegates in the Montana Room.There are also a variety of smaller conference rooms ideal for classroom and boardroom style meetings.The hotel is also popular for weddings, cocktail receptions and training sessions.
The All Seasons brand has been the fastest growing brand in Australia over the past year, with 16 hotels added to the Accor network since April 2005.Other recent additions include the All Seasons Margaret River and All Seasons Golf Resort in Bunbury.Â
