Rydges Perth Celebrates their 10th Anniversary!!
Rydges Perth celebrated its 10th Anniversary this week.The celebrations were also an opportunity to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated Conference and Events Centre as well as welcome the new General Manager.The newly renovated and refurbished state of the art function rooms have positioned Rydges as one of the market leaders and as one of the leading Conference and Events Centres in Perth.The new CBD Level One provides a unique venue for functions,celebrations,special events and cocktail parties with it superb location over looking the city with an open al fresco area equipped with it own private lift and Gourmet Kitchen.This new area will be a great compliment to the popular award winning CBD Restaurant and with the new smoking laws a great place to have a drink,cocktail party or a function.
The Lord Mayor of Perth, Peter Natriss, formally opened CBD Level One and David Bornmann, who has been promoted to Area General Manager for Rydges VIC,SA and TAS, perfomed his last official function at the Hotel and introduced the new General Manager Simon White.Simon was previously with Rydges in Auckland and has transfered to take up the new position as General Manager Rydges Perth.
