West Australian Culinary Team takes out top prizes

The West Australian Culinary Team has taken out all the major trophies at the Melbourne Culinary Challenge, held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre late last week.
The Hot Kitchen Restaurant team, led by WA Chef of the Year, Shane Keighley, won the Restaurant of Champion’s trophy, scoring a gold medal against top teams from Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. (more…)
